Delete your TagVomo account

This page is for the TagVomo app and tagvomo.com, run by BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd. You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

  1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my TagVomo account".
  2. Write it from the e-mail address you use to sign in, and add your mobile number and tag ID (TV-…) so we can find your account.
  3. We confirm it is you, then delete your account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

You can also open your tag at tagvomo.com/garage, go to Settings and choose Delete my account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, name, mobile number, e-mail, vehicle and object details, emergency contacts, health information you added, chat messages and photos, location shared in chats, and push notification tokens.

What we must keep

Orders, payment, refund and GST invoice records are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires and are not used for anything else.

Delete only some data

To delete some data and keep your account (for example chat photos or health details), e-mail the same address and say what to remove. See also our privacy notice.
